| Internship | Summer 2003 "I worked for 2 months at CILA as a Booking Administrator (managing all the bookings from the enquiry stage to payment). I was very quickly integrated by the staff, and they let me a great autonomy in my job, event if I wasn’t a native speaker. Working in an Anglo-Saxon country is the most complete way to improve your English: you negotiate, learn professional terms, answer the phone, etc. And Irish people are so patient!
